Schedule Options: Full-time (.9-1.0 FTE) or Part-time / Split-schedule options available (flexible part-time splits between the Jewell and Clatskanie locations)

We are currently accepting applications for a dynamic and dedicated School-Based Health Center Primary Care Provider to deliver high-quality medical services at our Jewell and Clatskanie clinic locations. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care, preventative health, acute care, and wellness exams to students and community members.
