After Hours Access Information:

Most of our offices close after 4:30 but we understand that you might need urgent information after that. We are happy to offer our After-Hours Nurse Advice Line. When you call 503-397-4651 after 4:30, there will be a directory option for the Advice Line. During this call you’ll speak with a nurse who will help you for urgent needs.
