At Vernonia School-Based Services, our primary aim is to deliver outstanding care for minor injuries and illnesses, enabling students to concentrate on their studies without health worries. However, our services are exclusively available to students enrolled in the Vernonia School District, ensuring their well-being remains a top priority. Additionally, our clinic extends its reach to encompass all members of the community. Whether you’re a student coping with a sprain or a community member contending with a persistent cough, our clinic is poised to lend a helping hand. We do offer same day appointments but please call before arriving to the clinic to schedule an appointment.

- Accept insurance, including:

- Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
If you’re covered by health insurance, remember to bring your insurance details or card along for your appointment.
Student Satisfaction Surveys:
Students between the ages of 12 and 19 who visit the SBHC may be asked to complete an anonymous survey after their visit. The survey asks about the student’s satisfaction and experience at the SBHC, as well as some general questions about their physical and mental health status. Students can refuse to take the survey and this will not affect their ability to get care at the SBHC.
