Need to apply or renew OHP coverage?

As of July 1, 2023 People of any Age or Immigration Status may be Eligible for Full OHP Benefits!
OHP covers medical, dental, prescription and behavioral health care at no cost to members. Learn more about OHP benefits.
 
You can apply for OHP at any time of the year
OHP is Oregon’s Medicaid and Children Health Insurance Program. Enrollment is always open for OHP.

Medicare and private health insurance plans have open enrollment in the fall.

 

How to apply

Online:

To apply for OHP online, go to ONE.Oregon.gov and click “Apply Now.” You will need to create a new ONE account if you don’t already have one.  Apply at ONE.Oregon.gov   Learn more about using ONE

 

By Phone:

Call ONE Customer Sevice at 1-800-699-9075. 

You can also call a local ODHS office to apply

 
In-person:
Clients can be directed to a OHA Certified Community Partner by visiting www.columbia-health.org or Call 800-244-4870 press 4 or Text at 503-877-4173.


Every year, OHP and Healthy Kids members must update their information.

This helps OHP know if you still qualify for health benefits. Not everyone will renew at the same time. When it is your turn to renew your benefits, OHP will send you a letter with instructions. If you did not receive a letter, then you do not have to renew your benefits at this time.
