STD Testing

CHS offers testing for Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs).

The following is a list of STD’s CHS can test you for:

• • Chlamydia
  • Gonorrhea
  • Hepatitis B
  • Hepatitis C
  • Syphilis
  • HIV/AIDS (anonymous or confidential)
